Day 3 of the Local Food Challenge

I didn't have the turkey sausage for dinner last night, because Melanie ended up coming over to my place after all for an Enjo demo with Natalie, so I put together a local food antipasto plate for us all to nibble on. So, to recap:

Yesterday's dinner

why don't we go to Arva this weekend? I'm almost sure their stuff is locally grown but we can go and ask. I used to go once a month with my mum when I was little - it was very cool.

Yeah I was going to suggest the Arva flour mill... I'm sure you can at least get flour (duh) and potentially yum-o bread. :)

I definitely want to go to Arva on Saturday. And then, I will make bread. :) And maybe also pasta. YUMMY!

We went to the mill on Monday and they have lots of goodies. One item that caught my eye was local honey (only because I'm still searching for a decent 'thick' honey). Anyways, you also might want to check out O'Sheas Farm which is really close to us.
