Sadly, that is a very dumb statement, and she is usually so good at representing her vegan choices. Dairy products are not puss, but a lot of dairy ingredients are bi-products from making milk and cheese which may mean they look like puss, but they are not actual puss, just slimy, fatty, leftovers.

Ugh, hopefully the other comments she made were a bit better communicated.

She did well conveying her message that she eats healthy and gave some tips for eating veg.. but when she not only described milk as puss, she incorrectly was stating that there is milk or milk products in mayo, which is incredibly false..

While she didn't do any serious damage to the message, I think that the problem is that a lot of people will ignore it from her if she spreads misinformation like that..

It's easy to get vegans and vegeterians mixed up. I had a vegan friend and I kept thinking he was vegeterian and could eat cheese. After a while, I keep thinking vegeterians don't eat any vegetable products.

Mammalry glands, at least human ones, bear a strong resemblance to sweat glands. So theoretically, more like sweat. Not pus.

It is easy to get them mixed up, I did so at first too, till I started working with a vegan. Very nice guy, was not militant about it, he was rather casual when it was brought up and such.

MMmm sweat...

Having an allergy to soy would put a damper on it for sure. I would go veg for a while if I could. I am not super huge on veggies, and enjoy the taste of meat far too much. Though lately I am finding myself eating less and less red meat for some reason..

Thanks hon, I hope that surgery is not the only option for it. From what I have seen it should be just a case of physiotherapy and such but you never know.
