I see that not very many people have been on here lately. I wonder why it is that lj was so popular and now there are only a few devoted bloggers; at least out of my lj friends anyway. Perhaps everything in life happens in phases. Each aspect is just another fad, playing itself out, waiting until its time to move on to the next

in regards to the deepness of your post: I getting a vibe that college isn't a road/path you walk down, it's a fucking rat maze with evil traps and plenty of rewards. At times it feels like it's 20 steps forward and 19 back but others it's simply 20 steps forward. Being/feeling like an adult simply to appear more mature really doesn't really get you anywhere. Maybe you should think of this "stand still" as you being honest with yourself; what you were doing before wasn't working so your stopping to figure it out. It's a step forward, not a step back.

don't sweat. doing nothing is not ALWAYS worse then doing something.
