I'm so sorry to hear that. There are few things as demeaning as getting let go from your job. Do you have any prospects lined up? Will Anna be able to support both of you for a while? Good luck on finding a new job. It sounds like you are well accustomed to finding work, like me (been working since I was 14, which means I have now been working for longer in my life than I haven't!) so I'm sure something will turn up for you very soon.
Eek, that's busted. Hopefully you'll find something good to replace it.
On another note, I'll be coming up to pdx for the Zine Symposium. It would be nice to finally get to meet you and Anna, if you're not going to be traveling again.
Good luck finding a new job. I'm a student who- quite frankly- ran myself to exhaustion trying to hold down a job and school. But then- I'm 35 and feeling my age a bit. Economy sucks
