Been in the hospital with my man since Sunday night.  He was hit in the chest with a bar from a horse cart, broke a rib and his lung herniated between his ribs.  He had surgery on Monday morning, it was a success and now I am just waiting for him to come off the ventilator and be eased off the sedation

I am really sorry to hear this. I wish you and your man the best, it sounds like he is recovering well.

I think he is, but seeing him so sedated and on the resperator is hard. Thank You for your thoughts
