From the frown on his face it may be clear that he is trying to figure things out. He can be heard rummaging through the drawers of his desk as well, looking to the side for something and he can be heard furthermore

[the audio clicks on and a soft voice comes on over the speakers] England... a-are you all right...? Who's... who's ring is that? Maybe you should take it to lost and found...? [his tone is obviously nervous, but he's really hoping he's being somewhat helpful]

[The audio clicks on from the other end and there is a pause before a sigh.]

I'm fine Latvia. I...well, the doctors claim it's my ring, but that's ridiculious.

[he hesitates a moment before speaking again] It... seems like a really nice ring, though... Why do the doctors says it's yours?

...I remember your home, it was a lovely place. It is perhaps a scenic portrait? Of your Mount Fuji maybe... [trails off but there is a wistful note to his tone]

[....extended pause before he notices you, flicking on his video and setting this treacherous little ring down on his desk and when he speaks his voice is frazzled.]
