I'm sorry you're bored at home! I missed seeing you more this break, izzer, and I swear next year when I come home for Christmas I'm going to work a lot less hours because that sucked up all my time. I didn't even have time to call anyone or get together before I left! It's been a whirlwind for me, but I wanted to tell you that I miss hanging out with you like we used to and for what it's worth, you are one of my bff (haha). Not like I could singlehandedly take away your boredom but your entry painfully reminded me of how little time I got to spend with some people, you one of the first ones.
You moved, lived, and took care of yourself in a place that you knew no one and didn't really have anyone to help you. You began a life for yourself, not because of circumstances outside your control but from circumstances derived by your choices.
You made yourself a home. When you go to El Paso, you aren't really going home, you're visiting - much like when the family goes to see the grandparents. Not home, just seeing how everyone is doing and pretending that pretty soon the good "haven't seen you in a while" feeling won't disappear and you'll just be left with the incongruencies of your lives.
You're just growing up. :) We all are.
That being said, what are you doing next Thursday and/or Friday/Saturday?
