I wanna do real bad things to you
Weeds and True Blood are back! There was a draught there, where are my other tv favs had ended and THERE WAS NOTHING TO WATCH. But, yay, the summer television season has descended upon us! *cheers*
And wowzers, I really enjoyed both season openers!
Weeds was a week ago (new ep tonight!) so it's not as freash in my mind as True Blood but it really got into the swing of things very quickly. I'm very intrigued by Nancy's pregnancy and what's going to happen to her. I'm also intrigued by how the show has basically given up on the whole "Is she a good mom still?" theme... it's pretty clear that NO, she is failing at motherhood pretty bad. Her sons and family kinda hate her. Which makes her new pregnancy all the more tragic. I still managed to laugh a lot, mostly thanks to Andy and Doug.
All in all, I'm excited for this season!
And True Blood is just... ridiculously thrilling for me. It's sexy and violent and funny and creepy and I just love it.
