I really liked this! I'm not ordinarily fond of second-person writing, but you've done it very well, and I appreciate that. You've captured the numbness of shock, as well as the dilation of time perception that so often accompanies sudden tragedy, and you really make me feel for Benvolio -- even though it's not clear that he can feel for himself quite yet. There is an immediacy to this story that is utterly compelling, and I'm very glad that I read it.

Thank you very much! I am very flattered that you thought this was well done, especially since you don't usually like second-person writing.

Very immediate and compelling - espcially the point at which Benvolio's willing time to stop. This is the only second-person fic I've been able to read all the way through. Normally that POV is a real barrier to me but the way you handled it was somehow different from all the rest.

Thanks! I am very pleased that you liked this, and it means a lot that this is the only second person story that you've been able to finish.
