heres a spoiler. House was shot by a former patiant, they did surgery on him and 'restarted' his brain. So now hes able to walk normal but hes getting dumber and is hallusinating (or however its spelled). And some other guy whos in the ER has his eye blow out of this head, has a sowllen tounge, and his testicals burst and they dont know why.
