So... I had another photo session with Michael Woodward yesterday. He is such an amazing photographer. We had decided that we were going to go for a more artsy shoot, so he hired a fantastic makeup artist, Diana Cascioli, to do the makeup. We were going for a Cirque du Soleil kind of feel. I'm not sure if we actually achieved that in the finished

Dude, the ones in the woods KILL! I love them. The way the green contrasts with your skin is beautiful.

Yeah. The ones outside in the woods are my favorites, too. I was feeling no inspiration for poses inside the studio among the backdrops, but then he decided to take the shoot outside and we both just came alive. It was fantastic, and we left the shoot feeling great about the work done. All in all, a really cool day.

P.S. I think it's very telling that we're both up and on LJ at this ungodly hour when all the world (at least on this side of the globe) is sleeping. Long live artists and derelicts!!
