Max Guevara We met for the first time on my first day here, July 22 in whatever year it was. She is attractive and fairly intelligent, not exactly human, though I've not been able to figure out what her Abnormality might be. She smells faintly of cat in a way that does not speak to being a lonely spinster. She's from a post-apocalyptic world, which somewhat excuses her ignorance of my work. Some sort of electromagnetic bomb. I believe somewhere in this mess she may have been imprisoned for a time, as she seems to take angry exception to it. Possibly experimented on.
Doesn't accept things unquestioningly, not afraid to snark back. And she's not so sensitive as to take everything personally. We flirted for a long while, but it wasn't until Halloween of that same year that anything came of it. It's an experience I wouldn't mind repeated, and indeed already have. I think it's possible, too, that she may care for me somewhat on the level of the friend. Since allowing Helen to fake my death, this experience has been quite rare for me, and even before that it wasn't exactly common.
