Congrats on the loan. We've been in our house now for about 6 or 7 weeks and it's so nice. We've finally got our internet connected up properly so both of us can be online at the same time and Holly has a wireless connection for her laptop.

We don't have a laundromat nearby but we got a neat front loader which has about a third of the water consumption than a top loader and we got it at a 30% discount. We've been given some things and waited for good sales to buy other things for the house. We might have actually saved as much as we've spent, or more correctly spent half as much as we would have otherwise.
