Phase two: now complete
The rest of the furniture is successfully moved into place, and some artwork has been hung. I should actually be living there starting next weekend.

My friend lives in the woods. It's the place with the hottub. And the scotch? Oh, there's plenty. Y'know that whiskey tasting event I organize for the Celtic Faire? Well, it's all the leftover stock. And we ALWAYS over-order.
