It...seems the streets have cleared, at least for now. It has certainly been harrowing these past few days to have the monsters roaming so freely. This constant night is also slightly disturbing, as it should technically disrupt the biorhythm of the plants in the city, though it seems to have had no effects so far

The fountain boiling is the work of some ill-tempered Angel named Michael. Better he take out his frustrations on the fountain rather then the surrounding buildings like he wanted. I'm guessing that psychic girl distracted him from that line of thinking. Hopefully he'll behave himself...but I don't quite see that happening.
