And have you been keeping an eye for other jobs? Sending out resumes, etc? Once you get a bite, just schedule interviews on a lunch break or whatever and if you end up getting offered said job, give your two weeks notice at the frame shop. Because that shit is ridiculous, man, no person should be going through that much stress at ANY job, much less a frame shop.
Don't let your crazy boss guilt you into staying, either. You exploring options for other employment really isn't something she needs to know about until you give a two week notice.
