I've been on vacation for a week today. However, I am not wasting my vacation by sitting around the house watching tv, eating junk food. Nope. This year I went out and got a college membership to the YMCA. Well, yesterday I got a membership. I actually worked out yesterday too. 64 ounces actually. What helped me was getting a nalgene bottle...you just drink two each day and you're set.

Also one thing that helped me cut out junk food like chips was looking into really good tasting healthy food. Like hummus and pita....if you haven't had hummus before...it's so good...and it's really good for you!(http://www.tribehummus.com/hummus.html) It lists the nutritional value there.

bahhh, i'm so jealous!!! i'm dying without my gym and the only fitness center around here consists of a treadmmill and bike. :( i just can't afford it either. all that hard work from the past four months is just gonna be wasted...
