what kind of image manipulation was involved?

I noticed, for example. that the N's all appear at once. Was this exceptionally well planned, or did you patch things together?

Vruba cleaned up the color a little, and compiled the still frames into a movie. Other than that, we didn't do any post-processing; each frame was captured completely as it was drawn.

In other news, are you aware of the NBTSC 10 year reunion?
