Quitting Smoking Day 2
-I missed my goal of four cigarettes by one, smoking five...that's still better than twelve, but there needs to be more self discipline
-I got my second withdrawl headache (or maybe it was just sinus pressure) in as many days...ugghh

you can do it! think how much time you'll save later in life if you quit now instead of later. don't forget that you can take advil for headaches...
