Thanks. Yeah, it could have been a lot worse. I've been told that I'm a real biker now that I've been in a motorcycle crash :)

The obvious question is would she have run the stop sign if she saw a big old pickup truck heading her way instead of a miniscule, nearly invisible motorcycle.

of course, given the expired registration and suspended license, odds are there is no insurance either and she probably hasn't a single asset worth suing her for.
