It never ceases to amaze me how completely indulgent some parents can be of children who are misbehaving badly. They make all kinds of excuses for the child's eye-popping acts and get (this is the best part) oh so self-righteously angry at other people who have the gall not be willing to put up with their toddler's/child's extraordinarily wayward ( Read more... )

About once a month or so on average, a lady will come in with a nonfunctional or only partly functional cell phone whose teething child destroyed it with drool ( ... )

Yes, in fact it was! I love how the parents made themselves out to be all wronged and injured, but I've worked customer service enough years to know that there's no -way- that airline just kicked them out first without bending over backwards to try and accomodate them.

OMG i sat behind one girl that was running up and down the asile till the flight attendent yelled at her parents for her awful behavior.

we have heavy chains in the line outide the pirate fortress - and the other day there was a group of kids about 5-12 standing with their parents just throwing them up in the freakin air. I yelled at them like 5 times in a 10 minute period and did their parents do a damn thing? NO! All they did was get anoyed with me because i was harassing their kids about throwing chains in the air. The damn things are so heavy i have problems lifting some of them. I was like just go on the damn ride already and get out of my line!

One day i followed a kid all the way to the laoding area and each time he even touched a chain i wacked his hand with my plastic sword.
