She won the season ending masters in Madrid, Spain, defeating Maria Sharapova 5-7, 7-5 and 6-3 in what I'd call one of the most thrilling and surely one of the longest (3 hours and 25 minutes) matches of this year to defend her title in the Sony Ericsson Championship. It was a match that could've gone either way at any point,
