This short fic's been sleeping since forever on my hard drive. So in an attempt to kick some life back in this journal (there wasn't much to begin with), I'm posting it here tonight. Yeah well, I was slightly pissed off by Lacombe's letter at the end of I don't remember which novel (there're home and I'm away, sorry). And what better place than fanfiction to right such wrong?
