For its first 14 episodes, Sword Art Online is most certainly not the kind of show that would subject its main (or any other) female character to deliberate molestation by tentacles for the gratification of its audience. Which isn't anything to be proud of, of course; anymore than you or I should be proud of our ability to properly shit in a toilet

Good Lord, I was just about to start watching that show. You have saved me from a terrible fate. Also, it's good to see that you're alive, I just checked here on a whim and you'd actually updated!

By the way, while I'm here and thinking about it, you should know that when we had that big debate about feminism on here years ago, you were completely right and I was completely wrong. I don't know if you even remember that argument, but it was significant for me. The arguments you made really shook me up and made me think, even though it probably didn't seem that way at the time. I give you partial credit for my evolution into a real, proper feminist, and I wanted to thank you for that. Cheers.
