[The handwriting is neat, and careful, with gentle loops and curves. It slants a little, heading downwards on the right hand side of the page, but that's because the paper isn't lined.]

Does anyone know what lies on the other side of the lake? I think I've explored everywhere the psychic wildlife have permitted.

I have not yet had a chance to investigate the area thoroughly, but if you go looking, I recommend that you beware of the giant lungfish.
