That's what I am thinking too, the only difference is, is that China doesn't really have any regulations on what's okay to take and what's not. So it could be some terrible freaky steroids that are illegal everywhere else. But hey, I'm not complaining as long as they are working!

If you can take some closer shots so I can see the wording better, I can take a better stab at translating. From this photo, it looks like the one with the blue lid is Vitamin E, and the flat one on the right is Vitamin A. I can't read the bottle at all.
