Hi I just wanted to post that my psoriasis is like yours and ill be having light therapy at the new dermatologist because my old one even with the prescriptions it wasnt doing much and it flared up really badly :(. So i switched because that one disnt have light therapy and told me he would have to prescribe something stronger and it would be systematic so I dont like medicine much so a good friend of mine told me to start using pure organic coconut oil. I googled it and then went to my local GNC and bought a bottle of pure organic extra virgin coconut oil and all I gotta say is wow :) ... Just after two days of applying that oil in my skin it started working. The one i bought is calked nutiva but I think any pure organic coconut oil can work. Try and see, i always like to go for natural than too much medicine. Hope it helps you like its helping me :)

Do you just apply it directly to the skin? How do you apply it? I'll have to look into that.

I was pregnant up until April so I had to stop tanning and my skin flared up pretty badly around my neck/face. And now I just don't have the time to go tanning as often as I was when I made this post.

Thanks for the info!
