Okay .. is this community even active anymore? Because the last two times I posted here, I got no responses whatsoever and I really need help with Animation 3. Okay, I'm trying to add text to an animation that has 14 frames. I selected each one, but whenever I try to add the text in each frame, it only goes into the first frame and none of the

You need to have 'Propagate Paste' switched on. You can find it under the Edit menu, or on the toolbar at the top: it's the symbol like three sheets of paper stacked on top of each other. Click that, then select all the frames, and paste your test into the first one; once you've clicked the mouse to place the text, it should appear in all the frames you had selected.

Just tried that and it still doesn't work. :(

Have you selected all the frames at once before you paste in? (Click on the first one, then shift+click on the last one, so they all have the blue border around them.) And the Propagate Paste symbol should look like it's 'pressed in' if it's switched on correctly. Other than that I can't guess what might be wrong, sorry.

Yes, I have them all selected, and I have the Propagate Paste symbol indented, and still it does not work! This is nuts!

Okay now I feel like an idiot. How do I make multiple text frames? I didn't know I needed text frames too. *groans* I'm so new at making animations in PSP8

you need to make a new transparent image, put your text in that and then drag it onto your animation.
