PSP Trouble

So I use PSP8 and I haven't used it since about Thursday. Since then I had to bring my computer in to have some Malware removed now when I try to open PSP8 I get the box that says 'Paint Shop Pro has encountered a Problem and has to close.' Then asks if you want to send a report or not. Could this be because I brought it in to be fixed? And if so,

It happened to me once after I purged some spyware. I wound up uninstalling the program and then reinstalling.

I agree that you should try a reinstallation of the software.

Let me know if it still won't work at that point. I might be able to suggest some other things to try...

I just deleted it then downloaded it again and it's still not letting me open it.
