Coloring b&w pics???

I looked through the tags and can't find anything about colorizing black and white pictures. Does anyone know where I could find any Paint Shop Pro 8 tutorials on this please?

I think you actually have to do it by hand. I used to do this a long time ago. But it turns out perfect if you tweak it a little.
