Home hunting
I'm probably an idiot. I had a good offer in on a house and then pulled out before I entered escrow for a stupid reason. The builder of the homes in the area back in 1960 left rebar out of the slabs, I pulled out for just that reason. There was no signs or indications inside the home that the slab had trouble and it was on 1/3rd an acre! Thats why ( Read more... )
