Appointments made. Dammit.

So I made the fricking follow-up appointments on Monday. I see the OBGYN on Friday. There are currently nine people living who have seen my wahoo, and I am loathing the thought of adding to that number

I feel for you. I avoid the doctor at all costs, too. I have to get physicals for work, otherwise I could have avoided doctors so far as an adult. Last year I finally let the doctor do a cervical exam thingie. It was horrible. Also got my first mammogram. Not as horrible as I thought. Better than being stuck with needles. I almost threw up and/or fainted once during blood draw labs. Then my body refused to give up more blood. Getting old sucks.

Thanks so much; it's nice to know that someone else understands.

Like, obviously there are not going to be a lot of people who LIKE getting stuck, but most people I know also don't lose the ability to function over it, either.

Getting old does, indeed, suck.
