Just catching up on LJ. I very much hope things go well with your surgery and that that in fact removes the cancer threat. I am so sorry that you're facing it. It does seem crazy for surgery and potentially send you home the same day, but also perhaps reassuring that they think coping at home will do? Please let us know.
Per your earlier post, I can't believe Mickey is 20. At all.
I get the catching up - it can be a lot when you've been away for a long time.
Thank you very much. It's been a lot of stuff in not much time, but for real, my entire fear base revolves around needles, and nothing else. And YES! I certainly did not expect that major organ removal - whether robotic/laparoscopic or not - would result in a potential same-day go-home. Will definitely keep you posted.
And I KNOW, RIGHT? Twenty effing years old. He was three like five minutes ago.
EDIT TO ADD: Snort. Don't worry about misspelling, I get it. I purposely used Boychild as a privacy measure for so long, but he's got his own online presence now, so-. ;)
