..as home computer is b0rked.
It seems i've lost another 8lbs..which makes a grand total of almost a stone since I started doing this losing weight thing.
:)
Being away from home and unable to nibble has helped a great deal.
Tomorrow it's Friday already...and for once i'm not looking forward to the weekend.

Eat only when i'm hungry, eat slowly and stop when you are no longer hungry. Plenty of water too.
