So, not off to the dogs tonight after all. There were no places left in the end. But not to worry there's another meal paid for by work in a week or two, so i'm well up for that one...and bowling at some point too. :D

An update from work...
..as home computer is b0rked.
It seems i've lost another 8lbs..which makes a grand total of almost a stone since I started doing this losing weight thing.
:)
Being away from home and unable to nibble has helped a great deal.
Tomorrow it's Friday already...and for once i'm not looking forward to the weekend. -
