today I received a paycheck full of free money (the holiday bonus). what did I do with it? I hightailed it to B&H and bought myself two very pretty little toys. yes, TWO. they serve very different and useful purposes.
here is a shot from the first set of test images (from the Pentax). I am still learning how to operate the camera, but am loving this thing lots so far. especially since I get to use lenses I already own.
