Good luck on getting that apology.

What really grinds my gears about C-32 is that while they claim to give us new forms of fair dealing, they're neutering completely by making digital locks sacrosanct above everything else. If I ROT-13 my copyrighted materials, I can then sue anyone that decodes it. It's silly.

If I put a single "evil bit" at the start of any file, anyone who removes it can be sued. You don't even have to go as far as ROT-13'ing it.

I miss Telegdi. At least he actually responded to me. I phoned & emailed Peter Braid, and all I got was a call back from his secretary, saying she would pass on my concerns to him.
