I was actually paid...

For singing!

I was paid well - $100 for two songs, and I didn't rehearse or anything, because the only reason I did it was because this other lady was sick and couldn't come.

I've never been paid before!

I somehow cut my finger while cleaning my earrings.

It's hard to be me.

So, today I decided I didn't want to sit on my butt all day, and so Audrey, Brendan and I went to the beach.

So, as it turns out, I've got a pretty nasty case of bronchitus. The doc's got me on antibiotics, an inhaler, and some other kind of get well quick medicine. I have a feeling I'm going to feel better very soon.

Oh my gosh, I'm watching the best while you were out ever.  While You Were Out: Saltwater Aquarium themed.  They've just put in a 145 galloned semicircle/bowfront saltwater aquarium.  I am so jelous.  (Actually I'm more of a freshwater girl, but saltwater's an adventure, too!)

Hmmm...I've applied for a cashier position at Lowes.

I really hope I get the job!
