The other day, I smuggled a mouse away from the Charms classroom. They're very sweet, and I was considering having it as a pet. Unfortunately, when I woke up this morning, Greg was on his perch, and looking rather smug. The poor mouse was nowhere to be found.

Ach, I can understand that. Sometimes my owl loves to show off his prowess at hunting by showing me his catch, though at other times he just seems to inhale his food without taking the time to eat it properly.

Still, as others have said - poor mouse. It was an unfortunate accident that your owl just happened to decide to come by your dorm room.
