Yesterday, I met a very nice couple, Justin and Anne, in the Oaks Room to discuss the possibility of living with them in Portland starting in May

From the "small world" department: Justin is good friends with my friend Chris Peary from the BDN composing room, you met him a couple times when he stopped by my radio show. I met Justin one time at Chris' place, I thought he was a pretty cool guy. Sounds like a nifty opportunity for all of you (plus, I could crash on your couch when I'm in Portland, since I know all of you! heh)
