OK, I'm really getting sick of the whole reaction against Will Oldham for re-doing a bunch of his early songs with a group of Nashville session musicians. Yes, Will's work was incredibly "lo-fi" on the originals of most of these songs, but the whole idea that some kind of "betrayal" has occurred is patently absurd.
