Chyrsalis has sucked me in again. This time as second in command or "lay director in training". Which means next winter or next summer I will be the head honcho for the women's side of the flight. It's been awhile. Work has been busy which is actually a good thing. Last week I cam in at 6am every morning to do an observation over in a living unit on a kid who's been having extreme behavioral difficulties, especially in the morning. Lots has happened since I updated last. Work is going well. I finally feel like I know enough to start being efficient and useful in my internship. Psych reports I write are consistently getting less and less rough (I don't have to do as many revisions) and I'm starting to work well with dorm supervisors and teachers of kids I work with.
