Who else is totally freaking pissed off that our Commander in chief (although he acts more like the commandeer in brief) made an 'urgent press conference' last night to reassure the entire country that ... wait for it... he's pushing for the national guard to go to the mexican border and protect us from (several hundred years of) "invasion". Prick

They aren't mentioning it because the majority of the region voted against the idiot in chief 2 years ago.

I was more angry that he was equating illegal immigrants to terrorists. Sure, there are some terrorists that sneak across the border, but the majority are just trying to find a job. It's generalizations like this that are stupid moves...

I'm a Republican. I didn't jump. Guess I missed the memo.

My take? Washington cowtows to lobbyists. Lobbyists give the politicians the money they need to get elected or re-elected. Lobbyists are the tools of insanely huge businesses that moved out of the country to avoid paying their employees a decent wage and now enslave foreigners. Our democratic system can only ever allow these two forces to corrupt and sustain each other: any other way wouldn't be capitalistic or democratic.

So be a socialist! :D
