Indulgently Miserable

Nothing much seems to be going right for me this week:

• I managed to slice my hand open on a broken glass while doing the dishes on Monday morning and had to get 2 stitches in my thumb and a tetanus shot,
• A boss at work quit the same day (got himself re-assigned), just as the other bosses are going on 5 weeks holiday, leaving the rest of us in the

I was thinking at the time that I would never re-watch it and probably shouldn't waste too much memory space filming it, but now I just wish I took more, and had managed to get a picture of the huge whirlpool that happened when the drain behind my house flooded! That was one awesome storm :)

ahhh got to re-live some of the storm awesomeness with your videos. I was listening to Dr. Karl on JJJ today and someone called in asking if green skies were a sign of hail, Dr. Karl didn't know. I'm gonna look that up now!

I only know that little song about red sky and shepherds which isn't much help. The green sky was just out of this world!

from personal experience and no googling - green clouds are rain.. is always what it looks like from a distance. guessing to do with the light passing through and such only reflecting the green perhaps?
