The typing gets better. After a while your phone figures out what you are trying to type and begins to auto correct. Just press the space bar if ulu are part way through and it guesses the right word. As for apps? Well obviously Flight Control. I don't have many. Just your stock standard News sites and dictionary.

I'm using Stanza to read books and have played a ridiculous amount of Angry Brids. Have also great love for Shazam which tells you what that song on the radio is called.
