Amy called me a little while ago to tell me that the guy went into a meeting then left for the day before she could talk to him about our little session, so I guess I will find out more tomorrow from her. :">

at least you have that inside connection and can find out quickly so you don't have to wonder for days whether or not they're going to make an offer. *crosses fingers for you*

I just need to fax a release form to this HR lady by Monday for her to do my background check, and all systems should be go, according to Amy. :D

Sorta :P I mean, a five and a half month vacation from RL is a tough one to recover from, if you know what I mean. B-) One part that makes me nervous is the fact that the HR lady apparently thinks she is going to low-ball me on pay because of what I made before, even though the range I was given my Amy was higher than what I made at the old bank. >:| We shall see

haha, oh, i do know what you mean!! academia=three months off in the summer. it's kinda hard getting back to the grind after those months. they better give you the higher pay!

Also *random* I am watching this food thing on Discovery Health channel with some guy who cooks stuff, and it's like watching Lex Luthor in the kitchen. =)) It's just so much more entertaining when you think of it as fanon!Lex being a good little wife at home cooking Clark's dinner. :))
