Number two all the way. Aside from you being happier [no Indians, closer to home blahblahbl], you'll be gaining a broader range of experience and even if it's only part time and you're not getting paid as much, maybe you can get a second job to make up for lost time and money. Also, I assume that in a business like this, you need to have good experience to get good jobs, and if you're doing all of that stuff, you'll be a shoe-in!

well, since you are always complaining about how you never get to do anything, and if you get paid about the same, i say take the board job, and that way you will still being doing what you love and you are closer to your friends and family

I think giving up an on-air job would be taking a step in the wrong direction. I'd try to keep looking for an on-air slot.

But what do I know?
