It was one of those animated banner ads you get on websites. It was for Sky TV. A sequence of messages pop up:

You know your veg box is fresh when...
Your massive pak-choi contains a fully grown hawk moth; asleep, but very much alive and apparently pretty healthy. He's now doddering around looking very confused by the sunlight on the window ledge. I like moths.
Further into the dissection I found a very small slug. I washed that off. I don't like slugs.
