I am annoyed as all ****!!! I wish I knew HTML. Or AppleScript. Or TextEdit. Or whatever. I hate being computer code illiterate! I've been trying all afternoon and all night, just to put a little weather thingy on my info page, and it sounds so simple, except I don't know how to open my info page in an editor, to put in the code

is this for your .mac site?
you should be able to take the HTML for the weather thing and just copy and paste it between the other HTML where you want it to appear. just make sure its after your beginning headings. or else take a screenshot of the html edit page youre using and i can probably tell you what to do.

No, I wanted for my LJ profile. I'm not sure how to get the profile into HTML to put it in the editor window. Then it wouldn't be a problem. Hopefully, when Leah comes, she can figure it out. Thanks, though, =)

Just copy and paste the code from the editor into the window, it should take the code.

My actual problem is that I don't know how to turn my LJ profile into HTML, to put it in the editor window. I wish it WAS just a matter of copying and pasting. =/ I hate being so dumb about these things.

you can put html straight into your lj profile, that's what I was trying to say.

I don't know if you saw my post a couple days ago, but I did it the right way, and all the stupid thing did was put links to the weather website. =/
