Update on the foot

Right... so I totally neglected to update everyone on what happened with my foot (feet). I do not have a fallen arch (yay!) and nothing is broken. Apparently I just needed arch supports and less flexible shoes for them to go in - yay for retaining my army stuff... now THOSE are some inflexible shoes!!
